Billing FAQs

  • Do you take my health insurance?

    Your insurance doesn’t take us! Our goal is to provide you with the BEST healthcare possible, including non-pharmaceutical interventions and preventative care. Unfortunately, insurance companies do not currently cover our services.

  • Can I submit my costs for health insurance reimbursement?

    Yes, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance. However, all charges will be due at the time of service. Please check with your insurance company regarding “out-of-network” benefits before pursuing this option.

  • Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?

    Yes! We encourage our patients to choose health insurance plans that have an HSA/FSA option (tax-free) so they can use their benefits for both medical treatment and ongoing preventative care.

  • When will I be billed for my membership plan?

    The membership fee will auto-draft on the 1st of every month.

  • Do I have to sign a contract or pay initiation fees for a membership plan?

    No, we do not believe in requiring you to sign a contract or pay initiation fees. The only document you will need to sign is an authorization form to give us permission to charge your account.

  • Are there any restrictions if I choose to cancel my membership plan?

    No, we simply require a 30-day written notice to cancel your membership plan.

  • Am I able to pause my membership plan?

    Yes, we will pause billing for your membership if extenuating circumstances occur (e.g. family emergency, extended travel) for up to 3 months. A written notice is required and will be approved at your provider’s discretion.

  • Do I qualify for financing?

    Yes! You will qualify for financing regardless of your credit history or score. We work with a company called ClearGage that guarantees 100% approval for our patients.

  • Will financing affect my credit score?

    No, ClearGage conducts a “soft” credit inquiry. Soft inquiries do not affect your credit score.

  • What is required for financing through ClearGage?

    A valid driver’s license, social security number, and two unique forms of payment is required.

  • How much am I able to finance?

    The current financing limit is $4000. This amount will increase to $5000 once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

  • What other payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
